I thought I am far away from being Charismatic leader since I am introvert. I thought being a leader is not my thing. However, now that I know, I think I can be a shepherd leader. I am good in supporting people to pull out their abilities. So, whether being an extrovert/ introvert, I believe we all can become a leader.
